Accountabilities:
Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy for the US SMB market, driving measurable growth across organic and paid channels.
Design, execute, and optimize experiments across SEO, content marketing, affiliate programs, partnerships, email, lifecycle, paid media, and CRO.
Build and scale acquisition funnels with a strong focus on conversion rate improvements and unit economics efficiency.
Analyze funnel performance across all stages of the SMB SaaS lifecycle and identify high-impact optimization opportunities.
Develop and implement channel strategies based on hands-on execution, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while remaining deeply involved in execution, experimentation, and analysis.
Continuously validate hypotheses, iterate on performance data, and discontinue underperforming initiatives quickly.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on growth or acquisition marketing experience in shared hosting, website builders, or SMB-focused SaaS companies (non-negotiable).
Proven individual contributor experience driving acquisition results (not through team management or agency oversight).
Strong, demonstrable experience across at least three core growth channels: SEO/content, affiliates/partnerships, email/lifecycle, CRO, and paid acquisition.
Deep understanding of SMB SaaS funnels, including acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.
Background in mass-market hosting or website builder environments (e.g., shared hosting or SMB website platforms).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, run experiments, and make decisive, evidence-based decisions.
Highly hands-on operator with strong execution speed, ownership mentality, and bias toward experimentation.
Comfortable working independently without reliance on large teams, agencies, or heavy resources.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate results, learnings, and strategy clearly.
