Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving acquisition performance and optimizing marketing efficiency across digital channels:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates

  • Design and run continuous experiments on creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages

  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across the sales and marketing funnel

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance lead quality and conversion performance

  • Support growth strategies focused on acquisition, scaling, and performance optimization

  • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign results

  • Maintain continuous reporting and performance tracking to guide decision-making

Requirements We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional with strong analytical and execution capabilities:

  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Traffic Management

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics and digital performance analysis (CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS, etc.)

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or RD Station

  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical marketing actions

  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and optimization

  • Solid understanding of funnel dynamics and conversion optimization strategies

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience in accounting firms or recurring service-based businesses

  • Background in high-growth, performance-driven marketing environments

  • Advanced proficiency in paid media platforms and marketing automation tools
