Console is building AI agents to automate IT support for companies like Ramp and Cursor. As our first Growth Marketing Manager, you will build the demand generation engine from scratch. This high-impact role involves designing full-funnel strategies, running rapid experimentation, and scaling acquisition channels to turn a high-growth startup into a market leader.

What you will do:
- Design and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive measurable pipeline and high-quality opportunities.
- Build a structured experimentation engine to test and optimize new messaging, creative, and landing pages based on data-backed hypotheses.
- Partner directly with the Head of Growth and founders to interpret funnel performance and scale successful playbooks into predictable growth engines.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, ideally during a period of extreme scale or at an early-stage startup.
- Technical proficiency in funnel instrumentation and analytical tools such as GA4, GTM, and SQL to drive data-driven decision making.
- A high-ownership operator who thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes actual pipeline generation over vanity metrics and process-heavy environments.
