The Challenge
Guideflow is a fast-growing SaaS startup building interactive product demos. You'll own the full marketing funnel—from content creation to paid campaign optimization—working directly with founders to build a repeatable system for B2B lead generation.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3+ Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B SaaS buyers, hitting a target CPC and CTR baseline
Create 8-12 high-performing LinkedIn posts and 2-3 blog posts that drive engagement and establish brand authority
Document and systematize content production workflow using Notion/Zapier to reduce creation time by 20%
Analyze weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and deliver actionable recommendations with 2+ optimization tests implemented
Scale 2-3 top-performing campaigns by 40%+ while maintaining or improving cost-per-lead
Build a reusable content calendar and library of 20+ assets (blog posts, visuals, case studies) aligned with sales messaging
Establish brand consistency across all channels with documented style guide and visual templates in Figma
Achieve measurable lead pipeline contribution: track conversions from content/ads to demo requests and closed pipeline
