This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a marketing calendar. You'll help move the business forward. From developing creative campaigns and generating qualified leads to expanding our digital presence and creating marketing initiatives that support our Sales team, strengthen partner engagement, and attract prospective and existing business owners, your work will have a direct impact on our growth and the small business community!

What You'll Do

• Plan, run, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth
• Own email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including segmentation, nurture sequences, and reporting
• Create content for email, social media, blogs, website copy, landing pages, presentations, and sales collateral
• Manage FranFund's social media presence and apply SEO and AI search optimization practices
• Use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing work, and recommend new tools and workflows
• Plan and execute marketing for conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and partner events
• Manage marketing projects, budgets, and outside agencies and vendors
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI
• Make sure all marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant

What You'll Bring

3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably B2B A track record of executing lead generation campaigns and measuring results Hands-on experience with Pardot, including email creation, segmentation, and workflow automation Experience managing digital campaigns, social media, and content development Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiency Strong copywriting and editing skills Experience with website content management, SEO fundamentals, and marketing analytics Experience coordinating external agencies and vendors Strong project management skills and attention to detail A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Experience in franchising, lending, business funding, or other regulated financial services Salesforce CRM integration and campaign attribution experience Paid digital advertising and conversion optimization experience Experience with conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partner marketing Familiarity with answer engine optimization and AI search visibility Location & Travel

This is a fully in-office position at our Fort Worth, Texas headquarters. Occasional travel is required for industry events.
