Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and present market sizing analysis for 3-5 key markets to inform growth strategy priorities

Establish performance baseline metrics for top 10 event partners and identify optimization opportunities

3

Develop pricing and marketing investment strategy for assigned events portfolio segment

4

Map cross-departmental dependencies and create collaboration framework with product, marketing, and operations teams

By 6 Months

Execute end-to-end growth strategy for minimum 2 markets showing 15%+ improvement in partner performance

Implement data-driven pricing and marketing allocation model, increasing event revenue by 20%+

3

Lead 3+ product development initiatives from scoping through launch, measuring impact on growth KPIs

Build scalable playbook for partner success framework replicable across 40+ country markets

Is This Role For You?

  • You have a STEM degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics) and 2+ years in analytical or business strategy roles
  • You're fluent in data storytelling and can translate complex analysis into actionable strategy
  • You code in SQL, Python, or R and think systematically about problems
  • You thrive in fast-moving, global organizations and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
  • You're bilingual in English and Spanish with international work experience
