About The Team/role

The Campaign Team is responsible for planning, designing and executing campaigns that support directly business growth at DiDi Food.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Campaign Strategy & Growth: Design and execute high-impact campaign strategies focused on scalable business growth and operational efficiency.
  • 360° Integration: Lead end-to-end campaign lifecycles by collaborating with Product, Commercial, Marketing and other Cross Functional teams to build solid strategies and execution of campaigns, including but not limited to user communications, product iterations, etc., ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Campaign Oversight: Using data insights to pivot and improve performance on the fly. Drive merchant strategy and financial performance through rigorous budget forecasting, real-time data analysis, and post-mortem ROI reviews.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or operations (ideally in Food delivery, Grocery, Ridesharing, E-commerce, Fintech, or a fast-paced Tech environment).
  • Strategic Thinking and Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot strategies based on data and market insights.
  • Data and Finance Understanding: Strong ability to interpret complex data and manage budget with a focus on ROI. Data skill (SQL / Python / etc) is a plus.
