About The Team/role
The
Vehicle Solutions team
plays a critical role in DiDi’s growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM by expanding and professionalizing vehicle supply through strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, launch, and scale. The team works at the intersection of growth, operations, and partnerships to build a sustainable fleet ecosystem.As
Head of Fleet Ecosystem Growth
, you will lead the team responsible for sourcing new fleet partners and investors, launching fleets from 0→1, and scaling high-performing operations. You will manage a cross-functional team spanning business development, operations, and analytics, and own fleet growth outcomes end to end.This role requires strong strategic judgment and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with direct impact on DiDi’s supply growth in Mexico and the broader region.
In this role, you'll be...
- Own the end-to-end growth of the fleet ecosystem, from partner sourcing and conversion to 0→1 launches and scale.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team across business development, operations, and analytics.
- Build repeatable, scalable processes to launch fleets quickly and operate them efficiently.
- Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable vehicle supply growth in Mexico and LATAM.
- 8-10+ years in strategy, operations, BD, or general management roles.
- Proven experience scaling asset-heavy or marketplace-based businesses.
- Strong people leadership with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience in mobility, logistics, fintech, or marketplaces strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working with international partners and complex stakeholder environments.
