Your missions :

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Director to lead the digital transformation of our global Companion Animal business.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how veterinarians, pet owners, and customers engage with our brands through digital channels, data-driven marketing, AI-powered innovation, and customer-centric experiences. As a strategic leader, you will define and execute a global digital marketing vision that drives business growth, accelerates digital maturity, and positions the organization at the forefront of modern marketing practices.

What You'll Do Lead Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and execute the global digital marketing strategy for the Companion Animal business.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that support commercial growth and business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and digital performance.

Advance AI & Marketing Innovation

• Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across marketing activities.
• Explore innovative approaches to content, customer engagement, analytics, and marketing operations.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Elevate Customer Experience

• Design seamless omnichannel customer journeys.
• Strengthen CRM, customer engagement, and first-party data capabilities.
• Improve digital experiences across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints.

Drive Performance Through Data

• Use analytics and insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish best practices, governance, and measurement frameworks.

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams

• Inspire, develop, and mentor a digital marketing team.
• Strengthen organizational digital capabilities.
• Create an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Influence Across the Business

• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data, and regional teams.
• Lead through influence in a complex global matrix environment.
• Align stakeholders around a common digital vision.

Your profile :

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
• Significant experience in Animal Health, Human Health, Consumer Healthcare, or Pet Food industries.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and international teams.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, CRM, e-commerce, media, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing.
• Strong people leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed international organizations.
