Betsson Group is a 1,700-person gaming giant hunting for someone to own organic visibility across Argentina's search landscape. You'll shape SEO strategy for a high-stakes market where your decisions directly move the needle on growth and protect brand reputation in a regulated, competitive space.
Your Mission
Audit current organic search performance across Argentina market and identify top 20 optimization opportunities
Build and present prioritized SEO roadmap aligned to business objectives for next 12 months
Establish baseline KPI dashboard tracking organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and discoverability metrics
Collaborate with local teams to document current SEO practices and identify compliance/E-E-A-T gaps
Execute and measure impact of 3+ major on-site optimization initiatives (content structure, entity markup, topical authority)
Grow organic traffic to Argentina market by 25-40% YoY through combined on-site, technical, and off-site efforts
Build repeatable processes for managing external agencies and freelancers with ROI tracking
Establish SEO risk mitigation framework and conduct quarterly competitive/trend analysis to inform strategy

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month and YoY growth in sessions from organic search to key landing pages and revenue-driving pages.
Keyword Rankings & Visibility
Position tracking for high-intent, revenue-driving keywords and total addressable search visibility in Argentina market.
Conversion Rate (Organic)
Percentage of organic visitors converting to customers or qualified actions, broken by traffic segment.
Domain Authority & Link Profile Health
Backlink quality, referring domain growth, and competitive link share to protect and grow domain strength.
Technical SEO Audit Score
Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and on-page technical health measured via GA4, GSC, and tools like Ahrefs.

Is This Role For You?
- You've owned end-to-end SEO strategy in competitive or regulated verticals and can translate business goals into roadmaps
- You're fluent in English + native-level Argentine Spanish and comfortable working on-site in Buenos Aires
- You're comfortable with AI-driven search, entity-based SEO, and E-E-A-T frameworks (not just traditional keyword targeting)
- You thrive in fast-moving environments with matrix reporting and can influence without direct authority over external teams
- You want full remote; this is on-site only in Buenos Aires
- You lack hands-on SEO execution experience or prefer pure strategy/management over doing the work
- You have limited experience in regulated industries or don't understand iGaming/betting compliance implications for SEO
