Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run 2+ years of hands-on social media ad campaigns and know how Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads actually perform
  • You're comfortable communicating with non-traditional partners (creators) and excel at relationship management through clear, empathetic email and messaging
  • You love experimenting-A/B testing, trying new strategies, and documenting what works for the team to scale
  • You can juggle strategy (campaign planning) with execution (ad optimization, creator comms, content review) without dropping the ball
  • You're curious about content creation and understand what makes creator-driven advertising different from traditional brand campaigns
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a pure strategy role-this is 50% hands-on execution, 50% planning and partner management
  • You haven't managed social advertising campaigns or run A/B tests on paid platforms; this role needs that core skill
  • You prefer working with enterprise clients over creator partnerships; managing creator relationships and communication style is core here

Interview Process

1

Initial Screening

Aquent recruiter discusses your digital advertising experience, creator relationship examples, and A/B testing background

2

Case Study / Portfolio Review

Walk through 1-2 social campaigns you've launched, metrics achieved, and any experiments you've run; discuss optimization decisions

3

Team Interview

Meet with hiring manager and cross-functional partners (likely product/operations) to assess collaboration style and strategic thinking

4

Communication Exercise

Sample creator outreach or campaign brief writing to evaluate clarity, professionalism, and ability to manage partner expectations
