The Challenge

Amazon's Fuse team is building the global playbook for subscription growth through partner channels. You'll own end-to-end partner launches and drive acquisition/retention for Prime, Prime Video, and music services across Brasil-directly impacting millions of customers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map 3-5 key partner segments and their customer acquisition/retention benchmarks; establish baseline metrics

Launch go-to-market campaigns for 2 priority partner integrations with forecasted subscriber targets

3

Build centralized campaign asset library and playbook for partners to reduce launch cycle time

4

Establish cross-functional working cadence with product, partnerships, and data teams

By 6 Months
1

Deliver against annual Prime/Prime Video subscription forecast from partner channel (specific target TBD)

2

Create 3+ scalable growth programs (acquisition, retention, engagement) tested with partners and ready for global replication

3

Reduce partner launch-to-full-adoption timeline by 30% through improved onboarding and support

4

Establish churn analysis framework and implement 2 retention initiatives showing measurable lift

Percentage of partner launches hitting adoption targets within 90 days of go-live.

30/60/90-day retention curves by partner segment and campaign; month-over-month churn reduction.

Campaign ROI & CPA

Cost per acquisition and return on marketing spend across partner campaigns and segments.

Partner Engagement Score

Internal satisfaction/execution score tracking partner adoption of Amazon-provided assets and recommendations.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built and scaled 2+ successful launch campaigns (B2B2C preferred) with measurable acquisition/retention outcomes
  • You live and breathe data: you can pull insights from raw datasets, challenge hypotheses, and make decisions at speed
  • You're equally comfortable building strategy and rolling up sleeves to execute (spreadsheets, campaign builds, partner presentations)
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and have a startup mentality despite working at scale
  • You have 5+ years of growth/performance marketing experience, ideally in subscriptions, partnerships, or B2B2C
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or are unwilling to relocate to São Paulo on-site
  • You prefer strategic-only roles and don't want to get hands-on with execution details
  • You lack experience with data analysis tools or are uncomfortable building dashboards and interpreting user behavior
  • You've never launched or optimized across multiple customer segments or channels simultaneously
