About The Team/role
Responsible for cross-industry collaborations and channel development in the Brazilian market. By establishing deep partnerships with major local app platforms, chain supermarkets, banks, and telecom operators, we implement member benefit exchanges, resource swaps, and targeted advertising campaigns to drive high-conversion new user growth.

In this role, you'll be...
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with Influencers, MCN agencies, and Campus Ambassadors.
- Incentive Strategy: Independently design and optimize partnership policies, including referral commissions, affiliate incentives, and tiered rewards, ensuring competitiveness and feasibility in the local market.
- Integrated Execution: Collaborate deeply with the Marketing department to integrate ad resources. Implement end-to-end acquisition strategies through influencer partnerships and campus activations.
- Project Management & Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end management of partnership projects, from contract negotiation and creative alignment to settlement and reconciliation, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track acquisition quality across channels (ROI, Retention, LTV) and iterate partnership models based on data feedback.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Internet growth, KOL operations, or Business Development (BD). Experience in campus marketing or affiliate systems is highly preferred.
- Execution & Drive: Strong cross-functional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. Able to overcome obstacles to drive rapid policy implementation.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English as a working language with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Data Proficiency (Plus): Strong analytical foundation. Capable of building acquisition models and calculating commission structures using SQL or Excel.
- Market Insight: Familiar with the overseas social media ecosystem (TikTok, IG, YouTube) and understand the needs of Gen-Z and influencer communities.
