The Challenge
99 (DiDi's Brazilian groceries & mobility arm) is scaling fast across 12+ countries. You'll own the data backbone for promotional campaigns and partner engagement, directly moving the needle on ROAS, burn rates, and city launches.
Your Mission
Master 99's campaign setup workflow and build 3+ post-mortem analyses identifying conversion bottlenecks
Create weekly partner performance dashboards tracking Burn and ROAS across top 5 accounts
Support launch prep for 2 new grocery cities with competitor benchmarking and go-live checklists
Establish baseline metrics for funnel conversion by partner tier and segment
Own full-cycle analytics for Q2-Q3 promotional calendar, delivering 8+ performance reports with growth recommendations
Identify and pitch 3 high-impact optimization opportunities (pricing, timing, creative) based on data patterns
Build self-service dashboards so Ops/Commercial teams reduce dependency on ad-hoc requests by 40%
Scale benchmarking framework to track 10+ competitor moves and share monthly competitive intel briefs

Primary lever for campaign health; you'll track and optimize this per partner and promotion type.
Burn Rate
Subsidy efficiency metric showing how much discount/incentive each customer acquisition costs.
Funnel Conversion Rate
% of users who complete purchase after seeing a promotion; your analysis will guide creative and timing.
Partner Engagement Score
Internal KPI tracking how actively partners leverage campaigns; linked to retention and growth.
Campaign Performance Variance
Variance between forecast and actual results; you'll build models to predict and explain deviations.
