Your Mission
Build foundational dashboards tracking user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
Identify top 3 growth levers through cohort analysis and segment performance review
Establish baseline metrics and reporting cadence for weekly growth stakeholder reviews
Document data infrastructure, pipelines, and create analyst playbook for the team
Drive 1-2 growth initiatives from insight to execution, measuring lift and scaling winners
Build predictive models for churn risk and LTV by user segment
Optimize attribution model to clarify channel ROI and inform marketing spend allocation
Mentor junior analyst and scale team analytics capabilities across products
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track cost per acquired user by channel and geography to optimize marketing spend
Activation Rate
Measure % of signups completing key onboarding steps within first 7 days
Monthly Retention Cohorts
Monitor month-over-month user retention by signup cohort to catch engagement trends early
Product Conversion Funnels
Track step-by-step conversion rates for core user journeys (signup → KYC → first transaction)
