We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers - and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession.
We're remote-first and open to candidates from any location. The only thing we ask is an overlap of around 5 hours with CET working hours, so we can collaborate closely as a team while still giving everyone the flexibility to work where and how they do their best work.
Your mission: Turn every brand in your portfolio into a retention success story by building strategies, flows, and campaigns that keep customers coming back and growing revenue along the way.
What you'll do
- Own results & relationship for 4 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y
- Write your own copy and work with our strong design team to make it bang
Grow our collective knowledge by sharing tools, frameworks and ways of thinking
What we're looking for (non negotiable)
2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience
Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics
Strong relationship builder and proven client-facing experience
Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
