About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Lead to develop and execute our customer relationship strategy, driving engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams to create personalized customer experiences and optimize CRM performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Develop customer segmentation and personalization initiatives.
- Monitor key CRM metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Own CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journeys and retention.
Requirements
A fluid level of English is a must 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or Dynamics. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Experience managing customer journeys, segmentation, and automation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
