What's the commission rate?+
60% of every paid Boost purchase. Boost is $399 USD / β¬299 EUR / $299 LATAM, so commissions land in the $179-$239 range per conversion. One-time, paid when the company pays.
How long is the cookie window?+
60 days, first-touch. The affiliate whose link a company clicked first wins, even if a different affiliate's coupon shows up at checkout three weeks later. Built that way to protect content creators from coupon-aggregator hijacks.
When do I get paid?+
Commission clears 14 days after the company pays (Stripe refund window). Once approved, you can request a payout when your balance hits $50. Automatic monthly payout on the 15th. PayPal in the MVP. Stripe Connect and Wise rolling out next.
What counts as a referral?+
Any company that clicks your link and pays for a Boost within 60 days. Or any pre-drafted job you create on a company's behalf that they then pay to publish - your draft, your commission, even if a different affiliate's cookie is on the browser.
Who can join?+
Growth marketers with an audience or network where 'this company is hiring' conversations happen. We approve manually for the first 90 days. After that, auto-approve for verified LinkedIn profiles. No coupon aggregators, no brand bidding, no incentivized traffic.
What's the pre-drafted job feature?+
Open your affiliate portal, fill out a job spec on behalf of a company you know is hiring (title, comp, JD - AI helps if you want), get a tokenized URL. Email it to the hiring manager. They click, see the job already drafted, review, pay. Job goes live, you get $179-$239. Turns affiliates into mini-SDRs.
Can I refer my own company?+
No. Self-referral triggers fraud detection - we match converting customer email, IP, and Stripe fingerprint against the affiliate's. Two matches and the commission gets held for review. We're firm on this.
What if the company refunds?+
Commission claws back. That's the only safety we have at a 60% rate. We picked a 14-day refund window because B2B job postings rarely refund - if it happens, you'll see the clawback in your dashboard immediately.
