VML Colombia is a WPP creative powerhouse working with Fortune 500 brands like Microsoft, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola. You'll own social strategy for major accounts, turning data insights into real business growth across competitive markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map current social performance across 2-3 assigned brand accounts, identifying performance gaps and quick wins

2

Develop comprehensive social media strategies with content pillars, posting cadences, and KPI frameworks for each brand

3

Build collaborative workflows with creative, content, and performance teams to align strategy with execution

4

Present initial 30-day performance analysis and optimization recommendations to clients

By 6 Months
1

Grow assigned brand accounts by 25%+ in engagement rate and relevant follower growth through optimized strategy

2

Establish monthly reporting cadence with data-backed insights that drive client decision-making

3

Lead A/B testing program across platform formats, messaging, and posting times to maximize performance

4

Identify and pitch 2-3 emerging platform opportunities or content trends that align with brand objectives

  • You live in Bogotá or are willing to relocate for hybrid work (3 days on-site mandatory)
