Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with the Odette & Co. brand
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media content and community engagement
- Shoot and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Assist with event promotion, coordination, and in-store activations
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to support broader marketing initiatives and brand strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Experience with digital marketing and campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut
- Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and organizational skills
