Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've owned complex SaaS platforms or GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, etc.) and understand the technical and business constraints that come with them
  • You get energized by building intuitive experiences for internal teams-not just end customers-and see internal tools as products worthy of great design
  • You're comfortable translating between technical architects and business stakeholders; you speak both languages fluently
  • You love data and use metrics to drive decisions; you can tie product initiatives directly to revenue or efficiency outcomes
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility-this is on-site, full stop
  • You prefer shipping consumer-facing features to building foundational systems; GTM tech is critical but invisible to end users
  • You struggle with ambiguity or need crystal-clear requirements before diving in; you'll own a domain and define it yourself

Recruiter Screen

30 min-background, motivation, GTM systems experience

60 min-product philosophy, stakeholder management, how you'd approach GTM technology domain at Toast

4

Cross-Functional Panel

90 min-meet with Engineering, Design, and GTM stakeholders; discuss workflows, systems challenges, collaboration style
