The Challenge

OneSignal powers 1.5B monthly active users across omnichannel engagement-and they need you to translate their AI, integrations, and automation capabilities into launch campaigns that move the needle. You'll execute product launches and sales enablement for a platform serving everyone from startups to American Express.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of 2-3 product/feature launches with polished messaging, technical explainers, and release notes hitting timeline

2

Build initial sales enablement toolkit: pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs that Sales can actually use

3

Establish cross-functional launch cadence with Product, Engineering, and Sales-define what 'on-time, high-quality delivery' looks like

4

Map and articulate messaging differentiation for AI, integrations, and automation-core platform pillars that resonate with developers and technical PMs

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 5+ successful product launches with measurable adoption metrics tied to Sales pipeline and product activation

2

Optimize sales enablement materials based on win/loss feedback-refresh at least 3 battlecards and 2 solution briefs with hard ROI messaging

3

Establish repeatable content templates and playbooks for launches (technical vs. business audiences) that scale with team

4

Collaborate with Customer Success to create enablement content that drives upsell and expansion across self-serve and direct sales motions

KPIs You'll Own

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're a scrappy executor who loves shipping-launch materials, enablement decks, competitive assets are your jam, not strategy theater
  • You can translate technical platform capabilities (AI, automation, integrations) into clear narratives for both developers and business buyers
  • You thrive coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS-comfortable being the connective tissue without formal authority
  • You're hungry to work at a high-growth B2B2C SaaS company with real scale (1.3T messages/year) and global footprint
Won't Work If
  • You need a 100% remote setup-this is on-site/hybrid in California with remote flexibility in select states only
  • You're a strategic positioning thinker looking to shape brand narrative top-down; this role is more execution-heavy than strategy-heavy
  • You don't enjoy fast-paced, cross-functional coordination-you'll spend significant time syncing with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS
