What you'll do

OA Softwares is looking for a hands-on Founding Head of Sales & GTM to help build and scale our early revenue engine.

We’re a startup-focused web and app development company specializing in high-end digital products, custom software solutions, and long-term client partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, someone comfortable helping shape outbound systems, generating pipeline, running sales conversations, and building scalable sales processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities include

Building and optimizing outbound sales systems Defining ICPs and outreach strategy Generating and managing qualified pipeline Running discovery and sales calls Helping close high-ticket B2B service deals Assisting in shaping the early sales process Potentially helping recruit/manage SDRs as we grow

Ideal background

B2B SaaS, agency, or tech services sales Startup GTM or outbound experience Comfortable working directly with founders in an early-stage environment Experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

We’re looking for a builder, someone excited about helping create and scale a modern revenue function within a fast-growing startup environment.
