What you'll do
Dropbox needs someone to turn go-to-market strategy into systems people can actually use. This is a business leadership job for a systems thinker who can get Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and technical teams moving in the same direction.
What the role really is
You’ll own the business lifecycle of Dropbox’s GTM platforms, from spotting opportunities and setting priorities to adoption and continuous improvement. You’ll lead the people who connect business needs to technical delivery, while Engineering and Revenue Operations keep ownership of their work.
What you'll do
- Set the business roadmap for platforms used by Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Turn commercial priorities into platform capabilities, and weigh business value against technical debt, compliance needs, vendor options, and long-term maintainability.
- Build and lead embedded Business Platform Partners and the Platform Administration organization.
- Set governance for evaluating and sequencing investments across the GTM ecosystem.
- Coordinate complex initiatives across business, engineering, architecture, operations, and other functions.
- Make sure new capabilities are implemented, adopted, and measured against expected outcomes.
- Set standards for platform quality, documentation, and operational health.
- Improve workflows and user experience through feedback, standardization, and reuse.
- Expand AI-assisted requirements work, workflow analysis, administration, issue triage, and documentation.
What they want
- 10+ years leading business systems, platform management, product management, business transformation, or GTM technology organizations.
- Experience managing enterprise GTM platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, Zendesk, Planhat, Outreach, or Clari.
- A track record leading cross-functional teams on platform strategy, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology capabilities.
- Experience with platform governance, roadmap prioritization, and stakeholder management across functions.
- A strong grasp of commercial processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and Technical Architecture on complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder skills, plus experience leading organizational change and adoption at scale.
Why it's interesting
The scope runs across the full GTM journey, so you’ll solve for how systems work together instead of optimizing one tool at a time. You’ll also shape how the team uses AI in platform management and administration, with a focus on better workflows and business outcomes.
