The Challenge

Avo is building clinical AI to transform healthcare delivery. As their PMM, you'll own go-to-market strategy for new products and partnerships while arming sales teams with data-backed messaging that moves the needle.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch messaging framework and positioning for 1 new product/feature-define ROI metrics and customer segments

2

Build and deploy first sales enablement kit with 3+ core assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, ROI calculator)

3

Conduct 15+ customer interviews to map jobs-to-be-done and identify market gaps in clinical AI adoption

4

Establish baseline conversion metrics across sales collateral and partner with sales to track early performance

By 6 Months
1

Deliver full GTM plan for 2 major product launches-pricing, packaging, messaging, go-to-market timeline

Grow sales team's deal velocity by 25%+ through targeted enablement and ROI storytelling

3

Map competitive landscape and publish 1 differentiated market research report or benchmark study

4

Establish monthly cross-functional GTM rhythm with product, sales, and partnerships; track and optimize funnel metrics
