Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built GTM infrastructure at a scaling startup and love the challenge of architecting from scratch vs. inheriting broken systems
  • You think in AI-first terms: LLMs, automation, intelligent routing-not as bolt-ons, but as foundational design principles
  • You thrive in close partnership with sales leadership and translate their urgency into clean, scalable systems
  • You can design for 10x growth without ripping everything out-architecting durability alongside velocity
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully mature Salesforce org with years of documentation-this is greenfield, high-chaos startup building
  • You see RevOps as a back-office support function; this role is strategic and co-architectural with sales leadership
  • You're uncomfortable making high-judgment calls with incomplete data in a fast-moving environment

Interview Process

1

Initial Conversation

Chat with Head of Sales about current GTM motion, pain points, and vision for the stack

2

3

Founder/Exec Round

Discussion on vision alignment, AI philosophy, building culture, and what success looks like in year one

4

Offer

Fast-moving team; expect decision within 1-2 weeks of final round
