We're partnering with a high-growth AI SaaS company that is transforming how enterprise organisations operate. The business is scaling rapidly, investing heavily in the US market, and building out its marketing function to support the next phase of growth.

The Role


As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the company positions itself in a rapidly evolving market. You'll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to define messaging, support launches, and drive adoption.


This is a hands-on role with strong strategic exposure - ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly and build foundational product marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities


  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Support product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Create sales enablement materials and customer-facing content
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
  • Partner with product and sales to refine messaging
  • Support website, campaigns, and content strategy
  • Help define ICPs, personas, and use cases
  • Track product marketing performance and adoption metrics


Requirements


  • 3–6+ years in Product Marketing, Product, or related GTM roles
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills
  • Experience supporting product launches or GTM initiatives
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments
  • Highly collaborative and hands-on mindset
