What you'll do
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Marketing to join their performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Optimize paid search campaigns to drive new renter growth, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Identify new keyword opportunities and audience segments to expand reach and diversify acquisition strategies
Analyze search performance data to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on paid search / SEM
Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end
Strong understanding of the search marketing funnel and proficiency in tracking and analyzing relevant metrics
Experience in developing and scaling new search campaigns and keyword strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
