Our team mainly consists of SEO & PPC managers, specialists, SEO content writers, UX/UI designers, and web & software developers. Strive Marketing provides local business clients with inbound online marketing strategies to generate leads. This includes search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, website design & development, and more digital marketing services to improve the success of our clients’ marketing efforts. The Role
In this position, you’ll work on various platforms, including Google Ads (PPC), Bing Ads (PPC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), and more. Responsibilities will vary according to client needs, but training will be provided on our systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate has strong written skills, an eye for grammar, and is able to learn quickly, but also dedicates themselves to learning beyond the training. We are looking for an analytical and dedicated individual who contributes to our company culture.
Note: We ask technical questions in interviews. Candidates at all experience levels are expected to arrive prepared to discuss foundational PPC concepts, including campaign structure, match types, bidding strategies, and basic performance diagnostics. If these topics are unfamiliar, we recommend spending time researching/studying before applying.
Role Tasks
- Own the end-to-end setup of new client ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta, from account structure and audience targeting to ad copy and launch, allowing the broader team to focus on strategy and growth
- Manage approximately 30-40+ local business clients by completing builds, optimizations, and change requests, and properly notating information for team reference
- Use advanced knowledge in online marketing while partnering with account managers to identify and report on key performance indicators and produce successful campaigns
- Implement analysis of existing PPC campaign performance and prepare actionable insights for improvement
- Use Strive Marketing best practices to develop strategies that achieve client goals in designing, developing, and managing PPC campaigns
- Use a variety of tools to compile and draw insight from industry data to better understand user trends and behavior
- Remain current with industry trends and best practices that may be incorporated to optimize accounts
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure ad campaigns positively impact client goals (ROAS, brand exposure, ad-to-landing page congruency)
- Attend client meetings either in person or over the phone/Zoom
- Produce monthly reports for clients and provide client recommendations
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Applications
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of Google Ads experience
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Certified
- Facebook and Instagram Advertising experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of SEM/PPC experience
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Experience working with landing page builders such as Claude Vibe Coding, GoHighLevel, or Instapage
- Agency and client-facing experience
- Basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript knowledge
