The Challenge
Evaluar is an innovative HR Tech company hunting for a Senior Acquisition specialist who can architect and execute integrated SEM, SEO, and AI Search strategies. You'll drive qualified organic traffic and conversions while navigating the frontier of generative AI search positioning.
Your Mission
Audit current SEM and SEO performance; establish baseline metrics (organic traffic, CAC, ROAS) and implement GA4/GSC/GTM tracking
Launch 3-5 high-intent keyword clusters with content roadmap; identify 10+ generative AI search queries where Evaluar should rank
Optimize Google Ads campaigns across 2-3 key segments; achieve initial ROAS target of 3:1 or higher
Build automated reporting dashboards connecting SEM, SEO, and conversion data; document all processes and tech stack
Grow organic traffic by 40-60% YoY through technical SEO, content expansion, and AI Search positioning
Reduce CAC by 20% through SEM campaign optimization and keyword consolidation; improve Quality Score across ad groups
Establish Evaluar as a reference in 5+ generative AI search answer boxes; track impressions and click-through rates
Scale paid media testing to Bing, Microsoft, and emerging AI search channels; document learnings and ROI by channel

CAC (Cost Per Acquisition)
Cost to acquire one customer through SEM and organic channels; target reduction of 15-25% annually

Revenue generated per peso spent on SEM campaigns; benchmark target 3:1 or higher
Keyword Rankings & Visibility
Position tracking for target keywords in traditional search and generative AI response boxes
LTV:CAC Ratio
Lifetime value of customers acquired via SEM/SEO vs. cost; target ratio 3:1 minimum

- You've run SEM and SEO campaigns at scale with proven CAC and ROAS improvements
- You understand generative AI search dynamics and how to position brands in LLM responses
