The Challenge
datashake is a fast-growing digital acquisition agency where you'll lead a team of 4-6 consultants managing mid-to-large client portfolios. You'll own both team leadership and campaign strategy, with training from ex-Google acquisition experts.
Your Mission
Onboard and assess your team of 4-6 consultants, establish management cadence and technical mentorship framework
Audit current client portfolio performance, identify quick wins and optimization opportunities across Google Ads and Facebook
Define and document paid media strategy playbook for your team (audience segmentation, bid strategies, creative testing)
Build trust with top 3-4 key accounts through initial strategy reviews and performance presentations
Deliver 15-25% improvement in ROAS or CPA across at least 3 major client accounts through systematic testing and optimization
Develop two team members into independent account managers ready to handle mid-tier clients solo
Establish monthly performance review cadence with all direct reports with documented growth plans
Create and deliver training sessions on latest platform features (Google AI, Meta Advantage+) to team and clients

Team ROAS
Aggregate return on ad spend across your managed client portfolio—core proof of paid media effectiveness.
CPA Performance vs. Target
Cost per acquisition tracked against client KPIs—direct indicator of campaign optimization impact.
Team Utilization & Billable Hours
Percentage of team capacity allocated to client work—measures efficiency and revenue generation.
Client Retention Rate
Percentage of accounts retained quarter-over-quarter—reflects service quality and team execution.
Team Development Score
Internal metric tracking consultant skill growth, certifications earned, and promotion readiness.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 2-5 years in a performance marketing or agency environment and own end-to-end campaign strategy
- You're certified in Google Ads or Facebook Ads and comfortable explaining campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous and genuinely interested in mentoring junior consultants
- You care about data quality and can spot anomalies in reporting that others miss
- You're energized by challenge and can thrive in a fast-growing agency with high feedback culture
- You're looking for a fully remote role—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You want to focus purely on execution without team management responsibilities
- You're uncomfortable with regular feedback loops and being challenged on strategic decisions
