The Challenge
Yalo is building an omnichannel AI sales platform for Latin America and beyond. You'll turn partnerships into a self-sustaining revenue engine by sourcing, integrating, and scaling strategic alliances that expand distribution and drive measurable growth.
Your Mission
Identify and qualify 15-20 high-impact partnership opportunities across platforms, marketplaces, and distribution channels aligned with Yalo's target segments
Deliver 3-5 working technical integrations (APIs, webhooks, platform connections) with qualified partners to demonstrate integration capability
Create and execute partner onboarding playbook with enablement materials, product demos, and activation roadmaps for early partners
Build partnership pipeline tracking system with clear funnel metrics (sourced → qualified → integrated → revenue-generating)
Close and launch 5-8 strategic partnerships generating measurable revenue contribution (target: $50K-$150K MRR from partner channels)
Scale technical integration process with documented playbooks, automation workflows, and reusable integration templates to reduce time-to-value
Develop and deploy partner performance dashboards tracking activation rates, deal velocity, and revenue attribution by partner channel
Build repeatable partner programs (co-marketing, revenue sharing, technical enablement) that function independently with minimal ongoing support
KPIs You'll Own
Partner Revenue Contribution
Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) generated directly through partner channels, tracked by partner and by integration.
Time-to-Integration
Days from partnership agreement signed to live technical integration, measuring execution velocity and operational efficiency.
Partner Activation Rate
Percentage of integrated partners actively selling/promoting Yalo within 60 days of integration, indicating enablement effectiveness.
Partnership Pipeline Health
Number of qualified partnerships in each stage (sourced, qualified, integrating, live, generating revenue) to forecast future revenue.

- You've spent 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or growth roles and actually understand how technical integrations work (APIs, webhooks, etc.)
- You thrive building systems and processes from scratch—you see operational leverage and automation opportunities everywhere
- You're comfortable with both the business (closing deals, structuring commercial models) and the technical execution (running API integrations, troubleshooting webhooks)
- You're driven by ownership and metrics—you want to build something measurable that grows independently without constant hand-holding
- You're looking for a pure sales role or account management gig; this requires hands-on technical and operational work
- You need remote flexibility or can't relocate to Mexico City; this is on-site with hybrid as secondary option
- You haven't worked with technical tools (APIs, integration platforms, webhooks) or don't want to get your hands dirty with implementation

You'll map out a hypothetical partnership strategy for Yalo—identify target partners, integration approach, and revenue model
