Affiliate Manager Influencer and Creator Partnerships

Location: Remote Latin America

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with strong experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships and affiliate program growth. This role is ideal for a highly commercial professional who understands the creator economy and has the ability to build, activate and scale high-performing networks of influencers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow influencer and creator affiliate programs.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and activate content creators at scale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through creator-led acquisition and affiliate initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI and creator productivity.
  • Design and implement retention and incentive programs for creators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to expand creator networks and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage reporting, performance analysis and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing creator or affiliate programs.
  • Strong network of influencers and content creators, preferably with existing relationships that can be activated quickly.
  • Experience recruiting, negotiating and managing creator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and social commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience analyzing KPIs, conversions, revenue growth and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven and commercially focused.
  • Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with performance marketing and revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Background in account management, business development or partnership development.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to generate results quickly through existing creator relationships.
