What you'll do

At SiteMinder we believe the individual contributions of our employees are what drive our success. That’s why we hire and encourage diverse teams that include and respect a variety of voices, identities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their unique selves to work and be proud of doing so. It’s in our differences that we will keep revolutionising the way for our customers. We are better together!

What We Do…

We’re people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we’ve been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply.

We’ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.

And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.

About the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

As Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you'll own global partner marketing strategy and execution, driving partner preference, enabling co-marketing at scale, and turning SiteMinder's ecosystem into a predictable, measurable revenue engine. This is a pivotal leadership role at an exciting inflection point, as we launch SiteMinder’s new Partner Experience (microsite), scale our Integrations Hub, and embed a dual-engine partner marketing model into a fully integrated in-market team.

You'll lead a small, focused team of two direct reports and work closely with the Ecosystem, Field and Enterprise Marketing teams to ensure partners are enabled, activated, and contributing to pipeline growth across every region.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract and an exceptional opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role and leave a real mark on how SiteMinder grows with and through its partner ecosystem.

What you have...

Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with solid background in senior partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing roles

Proven track record building and executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue through partners

Experience leading small marketing teams with a track record of developing talent and delivering through others

Demonstrated success launching or scaling digital partner experiences such as partner portal, microsite, or partner-facing content hubs

Background in SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments; hospitality technology experience is a strong advantage

Skills and competencies

Strong strategic marketing thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and campaigns

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and coordinate across Ecosystem, Sales, Field, and senior leadership without direct authority

Data-driven approach to decision-making; comfortable with pipeline metrics, MQL targets, and campaign ROI reporting

Highly organised with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

Confident communicator and presenter, able to represent Partner Marketing clearly at a leadership level

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce preferred

What you will do...

  • Drive and guide the global partner marketing strategy across Marketing TO Partners (enablement and preference) and Marketing WITH Partners (demand generation and revenue).
  • Lead and develop the partner marketing team, translating strategy into quarterly plans, campaigns, KPIs, and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Manage partner prioritisation and investment across Strategic, Growth, and Long-tail tiers to maximise partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Drive alignment across Ecosystem, Field, Sales, and Enterprise Marketing to ensure coordinated partner-led growth globally.
  • Build and scale the WITH Partner demand engine through joint GTM campaigns, co-marketing frameworks, webinars, ABM plays, and regional activations with strategic partners.

Own the TO Partner strategy, including partner onboarding, enablement, tiering, communications, certifications, and lifecycle programs.

Evolve the partner program into a partner preference engine that strengthens partner advocacy, engagement, and recommendation of SiteMinder.

  • Lead the GTM strategy and launch of the Partner Microsite and Integrations Hub experience, including partner landing pages, badging, content, and discovery frameworks.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Ecosystem, Web, Design, Studio, and Product teams while driving ongoing optimisation and performance measurement.

Ensure partner marketing operates within the global in-market model, globally built and locally activated.

Partner closely with Ecosystem, Sales, Field, and Enterprise Marketing teams to align partner strategy, account planning, and commercial execution.
