What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Develop and execute global partner strategies and business plans to achieve pipeline, revenue, enablement, and delivery objectives.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including consulting firms, system integrators, and CFO advisory networks.
Build and maintain joint business plans with key partners, ensuring alignment on growth targets and mutual success metrics.
Drive pipeline generation through co-selling initiatives, joint account planning, co-marketing programs, and partner-led sales motions.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, services, and solution teams to accelerate deal execution and customer success.
Educate and enable internal stakeholders on partner capabilities, value propositions, and engagement strategies.
Monitor partner performance through defined KPIs, including certifications, customer adoption, revenue contribution, and operational effectiveness.
Facilitate executive-level alignment through territory planning, business reviews, pipeline discussions, and strategic partner engagement initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership programs to enhance ecosystem effectiveness and market reach.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in partnerships, alliance management, partner sales, business development, ecosystem consulting, or technology sales.
Proven success in building, scaling, and managing strategic partnerships within B2B SaaS environments.
Strong experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, advisory networks, or channel ecosystems.
Prior exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or CFO technology solutions is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of partner go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, incentive models, and ecosystem growth frameworks.
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting or driving complex sales cycles and revenue generation initiatives.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple global partnerships and cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Strong organizational and process management capabilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring partnership success.
