What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Own and scale the affiliate marketing program across key international markets including the US, UK, and Europe
Build and manage relationships with editorial partners, newsletters, publishers, and media networks aligned with target audiences
Develop compelling partner briefs, hooks, and campaign angles in collaboration with creative and content teams
Oversee end-to-end affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with CPA, ROAS, and broader growth targets
Collaborate closely with growth, analytics, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and improve channel efficiency
Launch and support the development of a new affiliate program infrastructure, including go-to-market execution
Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to benchmark commission structures and partnership strategies
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using data tools and attribution systems
Ensure accurate tracking implementation across pixels, UTMs, and postback systems
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing roles
Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partner channels while meeting CPA and ROAS targets
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, including publishers, media partners, and performance-based campaigns
Ability to write strong creative briefs and identify high-converting angles and hooks
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools such as UTMs, pixels, and postback systems
Experience with platforms such as Impact, Looker, Superset, or Jira is highly valuable
Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness and performance orientation
Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or consumer subscription-based products
