What you'll do

We're hiring a freelance B2B design & digital marketing partner — remote, starting May 2026. At GlobePharma, Inc., we make specialized powder blending and processing equipment for pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, and nutraceutical companies. We're a small, technically deep team, and we're in the middle of a deliberate brand repositioning — from value-oriented supplier to trusted scientific workflow partner. We have the strategy, the content, and the science. What we need is someone who can bring it to life visually and digitally. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻: → Formatted application notes & technical one-pagers → Webinar decks → Email layouts & campaign graphics → LinkedIn post graphics & content formatting → Short product demo videos (3 across the year) ~6–8 deliverables/month on an ongoing retainer 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼: Write the science. We generate all technical content and messaging ourselves. Your job is brief-in, polished-output-out. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: ✔ Strong B2B design & digital execution portfolio ✔ Experience making dense technical content look clean and credible ✔ Industrial, engineering, SaaS, or professional services background — pharma experience not required ✔ Independent, responsive, brief-driven working style 💰 $2,000–$2,500/month retainer 📍 Remote 🗓 Starting May 2026 — trial project first We'll start with a single paid trial (one formatted application note + one LinkedIn post set) before moving to a monthly retainer.
