What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Set up, test, QA, and launch marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and events using Customer.io, including building dynamic emails with HTML and Liquid.
Maintain accurate, reliable marketing data across Salesforce and Customer.io, including lead capture, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle workflows.
Administer, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including Customer.io, Salesforce, Clay, Cargo, and Tray.io.
Build, manage, and improve automation workflows in Tray.io supporting sales-led and product-led growth motions, including lead routing, lifecycle triggers, and cross-system data synchronization.
Support monthly and ad hoc reporting, campaign performance analysis, dashboards, and insights that help inform marketing and revenue decisions.
Document, standardize, and streamline campaign operations, lead management, attribution, and other marketing processes to improve scalability and repeatability.
Partner with growth, sales, and revenue operations teams to coordinate campaign execution, improve pipeline quality, and assess program impact.
Take ownership of projects from scoping through execution and delivery, maintaining clear task tracking, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Proactively identify data quality problems, operational inefficiencies, and process gaps, then collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
Develop reusable email modules, campaign templates, and operational processes that enable faster execution with minimal rework.
Learn and master the core marketing technology stack quickly, with the expectation of independently managing campaign builds and QA within the first 45 days.
Take ownership of at least one automation workflow end-to-end and maintain dependable data flows between core marketing and CRM platforms.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing technology, or a closely related field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated experience working with marketing technology, digital marketing operations, and marketing data analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content, including the creation and maintenance of scalable, reusable email modules.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with marketing data.
Experience with automation and workflow platforms such as Tray.io, Zapier, or similar tools is highly valuable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with a consistent focus on accuracy and data quality.
Ability to independently own projects from planning and execution through delivery with minimal supervision.
Strong project management skills, including prioritization, task tracking, deadline management, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to identify problems and propose solutions without waiting for direction.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where speed, ownership, experimentation, and deliverables are highly valued.
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments is preferred.
Experience supporting blended sales-led and product-led growth models, event operations, or sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and AI/LLM platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini is advantageous.
Benefits:
Base salary: $83,130-$115,000 USD, depending on experience, expertise, and location.
Potential additional compensation through bonuses, variable pay/OTE, and equity.
