The Challenge
The Mobile-First Company builds Allo β an AI business phone for SMBs with 20,000+ daily users. They've raised $15M+ from Base10, Lightspeed, and EMBLEM. You'll own the complete growth engine for the US market: from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. This is a founding growth hire β you're building the function, not joining one.
Your Mission
Audit the full funnel β acquisition channels, onboarding flow, activation metrics, retention curves
Build the growth analytics stack β attribution, experimentation framework, cohort analysis
Launch 3-5 paid acquisition experiments across Meta, Google, and TikTok with clear CAC targets
Redesign the onboarding flow to improve activation rate by 20%+
Scale the paid acquisition engine to predictable CAC with 3x ROAS
Build a PLG flywheel β referral program, viral loops, product-led activation
Own the growth P&L β forecast, budget, and hit monthly acquisition targets
Hire your first team member (growth engineer or lifecycle marketer)
