What you'll do
Zipie is on the lookout for an agile Digital Marketing Manager who can serve our clients with a variety of customer-obsessed, data-driven digital marketing practices.
The Digital Marketing Manager provides service leadership; mentoring and managing digital team members while participating as an active member of the leadership team, and helping to deliver on the vision of the agency. They facilitate the smooth execution of client campaigns – from management and execution to research and results. They will be responsible for buying paid media and supervising members of the digital team to deliver results. This position will also integrate digital marketing through HubSpot to maintain an inbound marketing approach. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with each department to develop the most effective integrated solutions to provide measurable business results for our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead and manage digital team, including staff leadership and budget management
- Execute on the agency’s vision of transparency, accountability, curiosity and service
- Work directly with the Zipie team and our clients to identify, create, and maintain digital marketing campaigns that deliver extraordinary results
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing strategies
- Set up and manage digital campaigns for new and existing clients
- Complete audits of clients’ existing digital marketing strategies
- Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot
- Run split tests of various ad concepts and make smart decisions to optimize campaigns
- Prepare insightful reports that clearly communicate the impact of each campaign to internal teams and to the client
- Manage communications with our internal creative, account, and leadership teams
- Maintain awareness and understanding of emerging software, platforms, and tactics being used by others, and look for opportunities to innovate
- Stay current in marketing trends and news digital or otherwise
- Help us continue to refine and define our digital marketing practices and process
- A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong communication skills and experience interfacing directly with clients
- Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, inbound marketing, email marketing, programmatic and performance marketing)
- Understand the key measurement tools available for digital marketing
- Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns
- The ability to make complex and acronym-heavy concepts approachable and understandable for clients and coworkers
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for growth
- Self-motivated work style with strong adherence to deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure
