The Challenge
JuiceX is building the regulated prediction markets infrastructure for the U.S. You'll lead growth from early traction through scaled user acquisition, owning the entire lifecycle from awareness to repeat participation on a complex, trust-dependent product.
Your Mission
Map competitive landscape and develop go-to-market positioning that translates prediction markets mechanics into accessible consumer language
Establish baseline KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention channels; identify initial 2-3 highest-ROI user acquisition channels
Design lifecycle framework and CRM strategy for repeat participation; define engagement metrics tied to platform usage
Audit and hire external agencies or performance partners; build marketing ops foundation (analytics, tracking, dashboards)
Scale top 2-3 acquisition channels to 5K+ monthly new users; demonstrate unit economics and payback period
Launch first product/feature go-to-market campaign with measurable lift in activation and 30-day retention
Build and operationalize multi-channel strategy (paid, organic, partnership, content) with clear attribution and ROI
Establish brand trust narrative and compliance-aligned messaging; secure 2-3 earned media placements in fintech/markets outlets

Measure paid and organic acquisition efficiency; target payback within 6-12 months.

Activation Rate (%) by Cohort
Percentage of new users completing key actions (first trade, portfolio setup, etc.).
Brand Trust Score
Track sentiment and awareness in target segments; measure compliance/transparency perception.
