What you'll do
This role sits at the center of Winmark’s digital marketing evolution. You’ll help shape how customers discover and interact with some of North America’s most recognized resale retail brands across social platforms, search, maps, and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences. You’ll work with modern marketing tools and platforms while helping drive digital innovation across a 1,300+ location franchise network. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Digital Channels
- Manage and optimize key digital channels including social media, search visibility, local listings, reviews, and website marketing.
- Support digital campaigns and ensure marketing platforms are updated and running smoothly.
Grow Social Engagement
- Oversee social publishing and advertising tools used across brands and locations.
- Educate internal teams and franchisees on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Seed content into social channels and coordinate social publishing aligned with brand content calendars.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Improve Search & Discovery
- Help ensure our brands are easy to find across search engines, maps, and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Manage Google Business Profiles and local listings to support store discovery.
Protect Brand Reputation
- Monitor and support review response strategies across platforms such as Google.
- Identify insights from reviews and customer sentiment that can improve marketing and operations.
Optimize Websites & Digital Experiences
- Support marketing initiatives across corporate, retail brand, franchise development, and eCommerce websites.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to improve traffic, engagement, and performance.
Measure What Matters
- Track digital performance and deliver monthly insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and channel performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; with 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital channel management
- Experience managing social media, search visibility, and website marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, local search, and online reputation management
- Experience with marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Preference for experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and digital discovery optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in retail, franchise, or multi-location brands is a plus
