What you'll do
Ready to streamline systems, drive digital results, and work directly with the CEO — without the 9 to 5?
We are WLDM, a US-based company working with private equity and Enterprise clients.
We’re now looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to take our brand presence, content engine, and marketing operations to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with a background in digital marketing, project/campaign management, and experience working in a tech company is a plus.
If you're someone who has B2B marketing experience, loves creating content, shaping brand identity, coordinating creative projects, and bringing visions to life, you will feel right at home here. We are looking for someone who thrives in managing complex, fast-moving digital projects with precision and creativity — especially those pushing the boundaries of AI and SEO.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll focus on WLDM’s digital marketing execution across content, branding, and events.
Key Responsibilities Include
Content & Social Media
- Write and publish LinkedIn content in WLDM’s punchy, data-driven voice.
- Turn conference talks and research findings into engaging posts.
- Manage our YouTube workflow by coordinating freelance editors, designers, and animators.
- Ensure brand consistency across presentation decks, thumbnails, landing pages, banners, and printed assets.
- Oversee website updates (visual improvements, layout refinements, design alignment, and light copy edits).
- Collaborate with designers on branding, visual identity, and creative deliverables.
- Support marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and product launches.
- Maintain our internal asset library, templates, and style guidelines.
- Assist with basic reporting on content and campaign performance.
- Prepare materials for global conferences (booth visuals, signage, A6 cards, pitch decks).
- Coordinate logistics with event partners and suppliers.
- Manage post-event follow-ups and marketing sequences.
- Lead freelancers across design, video editing, branding, and content creation.
- Work closely with our CEO and data science team to translate technical research into simple, high-impact marketing assets.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management — ideally in an agency or SEO-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills. You can handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables with ease.
- Experience in a remote working environment and in project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills — you can manage a remote team, are comfortable working directly with the CEO, and ensure alignment and smooth workflows across all departments.
- Bonus: Experience with backlinking, SEO campaigns, AI (not essential).
- Work with a leading SEO and AI agency focused on innovation and results in the fields of AI, SEO, and digital strategy.
- Support Enterprise-level clients and private equity.
- Enjoy autonomy and direct collaboration with our experienced leadership.
- Be part of a fast-growing team with plenty of room for career advancement.
- Shape the future of our operations and make a real impact.
- Competitive salary and a flexible remote work environment.
- Salary starting from €3,000 EUR per month.
- Part-time role: 20-30 hrs/week. This role can progress into a full-time role for the right candidate. There are plenty of opportunities in this company.
