What you'll do
This freelance opportunity focuses on shaping the marketing strategy for a growing online training provider specializing in neurodiversity, mental health, and menopause courses. The role centers on clarifying target audiences, refining brand positioning, and optimizing sales funnels to reach HR departments, businesses, and individual learners. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to develop compelling messaging and drive engagement across digital channels, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn outreach and advertising. This position is well-suited for those passionate about wellbeing, inclusion, and the delivery of impactful training solutions.
Deliverables
- Conduct audience research to identify and segment key customer groups
- Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging tailored to HR, business, and individual clients
- Audit and optimize the sales funnel for improved lead generation and conversion
- Create and implement LinkedIn outreach and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate on content strategies to support marketing objectives
- Provide actionable insights and regular progress reports
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably within wellbeing, inclusion, HR, or training sectors
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, brand positioning, and sales funnel optimization
- Proficiency with LinkedIn marketing tools and outreach strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Availability for remote, project-based work
