About The Role
You will be part of Turn/River’s team of experts spanning go-to-market functions, collaborating with our portfolio companies to drive their growth. Your focus will be on digital marketing, guiding and supporting our portfolio company leaders and teams in developing and executing programs that generate leads, pipeline, and, ultimately, revenue. Working with 2-3 companies at a time, you will need to quickly interpret context and data, implement scalable systems, and influence company leaders.

Ideal candidates are structured thinkers, lifelong learners, self-starters, and results-oriented team players who have a keen understanding of marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with digital marketing teams across Turn/River’s portfolio companies to:
- Lead and optimize inbound programs across paid search, paid social, content marketing, CRO, and other digital channels.
- Build and scale efficient digital acquisition systems focused on sustainable pipeline growth.
- Develop and test new digital funnels, including LLM-powered and AI-assisted customer acquisition paths.
- Collaborate on messaging, creative, and audience segmentation to improve conversion and ROAS.
- Establish clear digital marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Analyze campaign performance, share insights with company leadership, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to extend proven programs across the portfolio.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid media, SEM and SEO, and CRO.
- Proven ability to scale inbound channels that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on proficiency with key digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Tableau, GA4, HubSpot, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset; adept at using analytics to test, learn, and optimize.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams.
- Comfortable managing agency or vendor relationships to maximize performance.
- Strong communicator who can synthesize complex results for executive audiences.
- Curious, experimental operator who continuously tests new approaches and technologies.
- San Francisco, hybrid work model
- The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $230,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
