The Challenge
Truckrs and Convoicar are two fast-growing platforms reshaping transport operations and recruitment in Europe. You'll own the entire growth engine for both platforms, building marketing from the ground up with direct impact on revenue and user acquisition.
Your Mission
Define and launch 3 acquisition channels (SEO, paid, outbound) with baseline metrics and CAC targets for each platform
Build and implement full nurture funnel (CRM, email sequences, automation) converting leads to paying customers
Establish brand positioning and messaging framework for Convoicar rebranding launch
Create content calendar and produce 8-12 pieces (blog, case studies, landing pages) targeting transporters and drivers
Scale top 2 acquisition channels to 40+ qualified leads/month per platform with <€200 CAC
Achieve 20%+ improvement in funnel conversion rates through optimization testing
Launch Convoicar rebrand publicly with coordinated marketing campaign across channels
Build 2-3 automated marketing workflows (onboarding, re-engagement, upsell) saving 8+ hours/week
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track cost-per-qualified-lead and cost-per-customer across all channels for both platforms.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Growth
Direct revenue impact from marketing-generated customers month-over-month.
Funnel Conversion Rate
Lead-to-customer conversion percentage; target 15%+ improvement in first 6 months.
Content/Campaign ROI
Revenue generated per euro spent on marketing campaigns and content production.
Lead Quality Score
Percentage of leads that match ideal customer profile and convert within 30 days.

- You've shipped growth campaigns (paid, SEO, content) in B2B SaaS or marketplace and can prove lift with numbers
- You're a doer first—you execute campaigns yourself, not just manage agencies or sit in meetings
- You're fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and see them as daily growth levers, not buzzwords
- You thrive with autonomy and ambiguity; you don't need hand-holding or heavy process in a 20-person team
- You have interest in logistics, transport, or mobility—or at least don't mind learning vertical-specific pain points fast
- You need a large team to manage or prefer 'strategic' work over hands-on execution and optimization
- You've only done brand marketing or PR; you don't understand funnel mechanics, CAC, or conversion optimization
- You need stability and predictability; this is a chaotic, fast-moving startup environment
- You're not willing to work on-site in Paris or don't enjoy collaborative, scrappy environments
