Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager, 10 - 20 hours per week. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing website performance metrics, and implementing lead-generation strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with various teams to grow The Sentinel’s presence and engage its audience effectively.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute our digital marketing strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, email/newsletter)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
- Analyze performance (engagement, traffic, conversions) and optimize what’s working
- Manage and grow our social media presence with a strong focus on audience engagement
- Collaborate with contributors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support campaigns, launches, and experiments to drive growth
- Bring new ideas—then test them quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
- Strong understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, BlueSky
- Comfortable with tools for scheduling, analytics, and email marketing
- A doer mindset—you execute, not just strategize
- Curious, data-driven, and not afraid to experiment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
