We're building the intelligence layer for paid media β€” and we need someone to tell that story.

The Ad Spend replaces dashboards with a single data layer that reasons across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. One Slack command. 160+ detection algorithms. Every settings change logged and linked to what happened next. $68M+ in ad spend already on the platform, and we're just getting started.


We need a Head of Marketing who can own the full picture: positioning, content, demand gen, community, and PLG growth. Someone who's lived inside the pain of managing paid media across platforms and can translate a technical product into something marketers immediately get.


What you'd own:

Positioning and narrative for a category we're creating. Content strategy that earns trust with performance marketers, agency owners, and marketing leaders. PLG motions that turn free users into paying customers. Agency channel marketing. HubSpot Marketplace launch. The story we tell customers and the broader market.


What makes this different:

You'd be the first marketing hire. Three founders, real traction, real product. You won't be executing someone else's playbook β€” you'll be writing it. And you'll be marketing a product built for marketers, which means your audience will hold you to a higher standard than most.


You're probably a fit if:

You've run paid media yourself and know the daily frustrations firsthand. You've built marketing functions early at startups, not just optimized existing ones. You think in systems, not just campaigns. You write well. You move fast. You'd rather ship something imperfect on Tuesday than something perfect never.
