What you'll do
Digital Marketing Manager
Storm Creek • Eagan, MN • On-Site • Full-Time • $75,000–$85,000
ABOUT STORM CREEK
Storm Creek is a women-owned, B Corp-certified apparel company on a mission to prove that building a high-growth business and making a genuine positive impact aren’t mutually exclusive. We donate 5%+ of profits to causes we believe in, design products with sustainability at the forefront, and foster a culture where people do their best work because it actually matters.
If you’re a marketer who wants to grow something real — and see your work connect directly to revenue, community, and mission — this is the role for you.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and evolve Storm Creek’s digital marketing engine. You’ll report to our Marketing Manager and be part of a four-person marketing team — no direct reports, just a collaborative group focused on doing great work together. Your focus will be driving traffic, generating leads, improving conversion, and deepening customer relationships across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be a strategist and an executor. In your first year, success looks like: a healthier email/SMS program with measurable lift in engagement and revenue, improved paid media efficiency, and cleaner reporting that the whole team can act on.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
This is a fully on-site role based out of our Eagan, MN office. We believe in the energy and collaboration that comes from being together in person, and you’ll be working alongside the full marketing team day-to-day.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
• Manage email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
• Build audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, relevant content
• Drive measurable improvements in open rates, click rates, and email-attributed revenue
Paid Media
• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and similar platforms
• Plan campaigns aligned to product launches and seasonal priorities
• Manage budgets, optimize toward efficiency, and report on performance clearly
Website & Conversion Optimization
• Optimize conversion across Storm Creek’s digital properties and Shopify storefront
• Build and manage landing pages for campaigns and product launches
• Run ongoing CRO tests and translate findings into improvements
Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, and Looker Studio
• Monitor key metrics: conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lead volume, LTV
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the team
Lead Generation
• Develop lead capture strategies and nurture workflows that convert interest into pipeline
• Partner with sales to improve lead quality and handoff
