What you'll do
We’re building a high-growth, stealth marketplace platform and looking for a builder at the intersection of AI, automation, and growth.
This role is about designing self-running growth systems—engines that generate traffic, acquire users, and convert them—without relying on paid ads.
If you think in terms of systems, agents, and compounding loops (not one-off tactics), this will feel very natural to you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll architect and deploy AI-driven growth engines across both inbound and outbound channels.
Inbound Growth (Traffic & SEO)
- Build programmatic SEO systems at scale
- Optimize for AI-native search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE)
- Create automated content pipelines that rank and convert
- Turn structured data into high-intent landing pages
Outbound Growth (AI Sales Engine)
Design a fully automated, multi-channel outbound system:
- Source and enrich lead lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, scraping workflows
- Build AI agents (Claude, GPT) to:
- Qualify leads
- Generate highly personalized outreach
- Manage ongoing conversations
Launch and optimize:
- Cold email systems (personalized at scale)
- Automated follow-ups (behavior-based, multi-touch)
- Multi-channel outreach (email, social DMs, and beyond)
Continuously improve:
- Deliverability
- Response rates
- Conversion → activation → retention
Goal: A largely autonomous outbound engine that consistently generates and converts new users.
Growth Loops
Build systems that compound:
- User acquisition → activation → repeat usage → referral
- Feedback loops that improve conversion and retention over time
Execution
- Ship fast and iterate quickly
- Build scrappy → then optimize
- Focus on leverage and outcomes, not busywork
- Operate with high ownership and autonomy
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in AI, automation, and growth systems
Experience with:
- LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, etc.)
- Workflow tools (Clay, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Data scraping and enrichment
Understanding of:
- Cold outbound + deliverability
- Programmatic SEO / scalable acquisition
- Growth loops and funnel optimization
Mindset
- Builder mentality—you figure things out and ship
- Systems thinker (not just tactics)
- Comfortable operating with minimal structure
